"1886 Septr 19th No. 25, Willie, parents: Thomas & Ellen Beaton, abode: Brockhampton Havant, father's occupation: Labourer, ceremony performed by: H. B. Smith. Vicar."
Previous entry was the baptism of his sister Elizabeth, but this was a few days earlier; perhaps it came to light at Elizabeth's baptism that Willie had never been baptised. His baptism was, like most, on a Sunday, while Elizabeth was baptised on a Tuesday. Possibly hers was an urgent one because her survival was uncertain, whereas there was no such urgency with Willie.

Details from PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 28 Oct 2017)
Looked through all Beatons whose births were registered in Havant RD or with Oakshott or similar sounding, 1865-1899, and found no others with an Oakshott or similar mother's maiden name than the 12 shown here (no mother's maiden name shown for Albert), so I don't know the identity of the 14th child, referred to in the 1911 census. Maybe they had a child before they married, or a still born child who they counted but whose birth would not have been registered. (I didn't check Beetons)
