    • (Research):Although of St Mildred's Parish in Canterbury when he died, Stephen refers to land in Garlinge in Petham Parish in his will, almost certainly suggesting he was John and Elizabeth's son Stephen (especially as he was living when John wrote his will but appears to have died before Elizabeth wrote hers).
