Clearly a mis-transcription by the time the index was made as the PR entry clearly shows James's surname as Justham.

Appear to have been no children - checked GRO online index for Farnham (exact) with mother's maiden name Justham (phonetic) 1862-1871, also both names with 'similar sounding' and the same replacing Justham with Instham (a common mis-transcription). Given the variety of ways in which Justham was spelt, though, it is possible that there were children with an odd spelling of the mother's maiden name or mis-transcribed.
